The English name ‘Bhutan’ probably derives from the Sanskrit “bhotanta” meaning ‘extremity of Tibet’. Bhutan has been identified as one of the 10 bio-diversity hot spots. It is a paradise with fascinating natural beauty and the most peaceful , crime free country. Beggars and homeless hardly exist in Bhutan.
